3D Embroidery
"Foam-backed dimensional — headwear & sport standard."
3D embroidery — sometimes called puff embroidery — uses an internal foam layer that the thread stitches over. The foam holds the embroidery proud of the surface, creating a sharply defined raised logo.
We use it most often for caps and beanies, chest crest logos on jackets, and athletic-leaning brand programs where the silhouette of the logo matters at distance.
