Pre-designed styles: 3-5 working days for sample preparation. Fully custom styles: 7-10 working days depending on complexity. We'll share photos and videos before shipping to confirm all details. Yes, your designs are fuly protected and won't get reproduced unless you ask us to. We take IP protection very seriously as this is the foundation of a trustworthy partnership. Additionally, you can choose to send us an NDA for signature.

For sample orders, the shipping costs and import duties are borne by the customer. We can arrange shipment via UPS, DHL, or FedEx according to your preference.

For bulk orders, the customer likewise bears all shipping costs and import-related expenses. Shipping methods can be chosen as sea freight or air freight, and we can assist with arrangements for either.

RAWX is responsible for garment development and production, including the main garment manufacturing process for samples and bulk orders.

Additional customization requirements, such as custom zippers, buttons, labels, hang tags, packaging bags, or other branded accessories, will be quoted separately based on the customer's specific requirements.
