This website and services are operated by RAWX Apparel Co., Ltd. (“RAWX”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
RAWX provides custom B2B apparel manufacturing services only.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
SECTION 1 – SERVICESCOPE
RAWX produces custom-made garments based on customer designs, specifications, or confirmed samples.
All products are made-to-order and not available as ready stock.
SECTION 2 -ORDER CONFIRMATION
All production will start only after final confirmation of design, measurements, and specifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before production.
Once confirmed, production will follow approved specifications.
SECTION 3 – PAYMENT TERMS
All production will start only after final confirmation of design, measurements, and specifications.
Sample orders require full payment before production.
Bulk orders:
70% deposit is required to start production
30% balance is required before shipment
Production will only begin after deposit is received.
SECTION 4 – PRICING
Prices are based on current material and production costs.
If there are significant changes in material costs or production conditions, pricing may be adjusted accordingly before production continues.
All updates will be communicated clearly to the customer.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTION TIME
Production time is estimated and depends on order complexity and material availability.
RAWX will inform customers in case of any significant delay.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING
Once goods are handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
RAWX will assist with shipping documents and logistics coordination when needed.
SECTION 7 – CANCELLATION & REFUND
Sample orders are non-refundable once production starts.
Bulk orders:
- If no costs have been incurred, deposit can be refunded
- If materials or production have started, related costs will be deducted
- Orders cannot be canceled once production reaches cutting stage
SECTION 8 – QUALITY RESPONSIBILITY
RAWX produces strictly according to confirmed specifications.
If a production error occurs, RAWX will provide a reasonable solution.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate designs, measurements, and requirements.
SECTION 9 – CHANGES DURING PRODUCTION
Any changes after production starts may result in additional costs or delays.
RAWX will confirm feasibility and impact before applying any changes.
SECTION 10 – CONFIDENTIALITY /
Both parties agree to keep all shared designs, samples, and business information confidential.
SECTION 11 – LIABILITY
RAWX is not responsible for delays or issues caused by logistics, suppliers, or force majeure.
RAWX liability, if any, is limited to the value of the affected order.
SECTION 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND AUTHORIZATION
If the customer requests production involving any brand name, logo, trademark, or copyrighted design, the customer must ensure they have full legal authorization or ownership rights to use such intellectual property.
RAWX does not knowingly engage in counterfeit or infringing production.
The customer is solely responsible for providing valid authorization documents when requesting branded or licensed production.
RAWX reserves the right to refuse any order that may involve potential intellectual property infringement.
SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.
