Digital Printing

Using inkjet technology to directly print designs onto fabric, commonly known as DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing.
Due to the ink penetrating the fabric, garments produced using DTG are lighter and more breathable.

DTG allows for vibrant colors, intricate designs, and high-resolution printing.
Moreover, it is conducive to printing complex patterns that span across seams.

Screen Printing

Screen printing utilizes a mesh screen as a template to apply an ink layer onto the fabric’s surface.
For screen printing, a separate screen template is needed for each different color in the design, and each template requires one or multiple printing processes.
Therefore, for patterns with multiple colors, both the production and template costs for screen printing tend to be relatively high.

Here are several common types of screen printing:
3
Silicone Printing

Using silicone-based inks, the process involves plate making, printing, and curing to create raised, tactile patterns on the surface of textiles, resulting in a unique texture

5
Water-Based Ink Screen Print

Water-Based Inks Screen Printing is suitable for light-colored fabrics.
Water-Based Ink Screen Prints offer an ultra soft hand feel, as the inks are actually absorbed into the fabrics.

4
Plastisol-Based Ink Screen Print

Plastisol-Based Inks Screen Printing is suitable for dark-colored fabrics.
Plastisol inks will leave a thin film over the fabric, which can be felt by hand and have a thicker feel as compared to water-based ink screen print.

6
Crack Printing

Crackled printing utilizes a paste that shrinks and cracks when exposed to heat, creating a natural textured crackle effect after printing and drying.

2
Puff Printing

Puff printing employs a paste that expands when subjected to heat, resulting in a distinctive raised texture after the printing and drying process.

1
Thick Plate Printing

Thick Plate Printing utilizes a specialized printing plate that allows for the application of a thicker layer of ink during the printing process, resulting in a bold and prominent printed effect.

Embroidery

Embroidery comes in two forms: directly stitching patterns onto the fabric with thread and
embroidering pre-made materials onto the clothing.

Note: The larger the area and the more complex the stitching, the higher the cost.
In addition, it is not recommended to use a small GSM for extensive embroidery on lightweight fabrics
