01 Services Scope

RAWX produces custom-made garments based on customer designs, specifications, technical requirements, or confirmed samples. All products are made-to-order and are not available as ready stock.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including designs, measurements, specifications, materials, colors, and other production requirements. RAWX will manufacture products according to the final approved details confirmed by the customer.

02 Order Confirmation

Production will begin only after final confirmation of designs, measurements, materials, colors, construction methods, labels, packaging, and other production specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before production begins. Once confirmed, production will proceed according to the approved specifications.

Any changes requested after confirmation may result in additional costs and production delays.

03 Payment Terms

Production will only begin after payment requirements are completed.

Sample orders require full payment before sample development begins.

For bulk orders:

• 70% deposit is required before production starts.
• 30% balance payment is required before shipment.

04 Pricing

Prices are calculated based on current material costs, labor costs, production requirements, and other related manufacturing expenses.

If there are significant changes in material costs, production conditions, or customer requirements, pricing may be adjusted accordingly before production continues.

Any price adjustments will be communicated and confirmed with the customer before implementation.

05 Production Time

Production time is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on order complexity, material availability, production requirements, customer approval processes, and other external factors.

RAWX will keep customers informed of any significant changes and make reasonable efforts to ensure orders are completed as planned.

06 Shipping

Once goods are handed over to the designated shipping carrier, responsibility and risk of loss transfer to the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import clearance, and any related charges unless otherwise specified.

RAWX will provide reasonable assistance with shipping documents and logistics coordination when required.

07 Cancellation & Refund

Sample orders are non-refundable once sample development or production has started.

For bulk orders:

• If no production costs have been incurred, deposits may be refundable.
• If materials have been purchased or production has started, related costs will be deducted from any refund amount.

Orders cannot be canceled once production reaches the cutting stage.

Any costs already incurred before cancellation remain the responsibility of the customer.

08 Quality Responsibility

RAWX manufactures products according to confirmed samples, specifications, and approved production requirements.

If a manufacturing error occurs due to RAWX's production process, RAWX will review the situation and provide a reasonable solution.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate designs, measurements, specifications, and requirements.

Due to the nature of garment manufacturing, reasonable variations may occur in measurements, colors, fabric texture, printing, embroidery, washing effects, or finishing details. Such variations are considered normal manufacturing characteristics and shall not be considered defects.

09 Changes During Production

Any changes requested after production begins may result in additional costs, material adjustments, or production delays.

RAWX will review the feasibility and impact of requested changes and confirm any additional costs or timeline adjustments before proceeding.

10 Confidentiality

RAWX understands that every brand has unique designs, concepts, and business strategies. We strictly protect all client-provided information, including design files, tech packs, samples, production details, and business data.

Without prior written authorization from the client, RAWX will never disclose, reproduce, or manufacture any client-specific designs or products for third parties.

11 Liability

RAWX is always committed to providing customers with stable, high-quality apparel manufacturing services, and executes every project in accordance with the confirmed product requirements and production standards.

For issues caused by RAWX, we will take active responsibility and provide solutions. For impacts caused by uncontrollable factors (such as shipping delays, supply chain changes, or force majeure), RAWX will communicate in a timely manner and do its best to help customers minimize the impact.

12 Intellectual Property & Brand Authorization

If the customer requests production involving any brand name, logo, trademark, copyrighted design, or other intellectual property, the customer must ensure they have full legal authorization or ownership rights to use such materials.

RAWX does not knowingly engage in counterfeit or unauthorized production.

Customers are solely responsible for providing valid authorization documents when requesting branded or licensed production.

RAWX shall not be responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided designs, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials.

RAWX reserves the right to refuse any order that may involve potential intellectual property infringement.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements under which RAWX provides services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of China.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in China.
