What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

What are your prices?

For both blank apparel customization and custom clothing design:
Prices depend on the product type and its details.
We are happy to create a personalized offer for you!
After filling out our inquiry form, you will receive an email including pricing and all information.

Are the fabrics shown on your website all the materials you offer?

Yes, all fabrics listed on our website are available.
You can easily select fabrics and colors via our fabric catalog
(please specify fabric code and color number).

If you need a specific fabric not shown on our website, please contact us in advance.
We may need time to source a high-quality alternative.

Note: Existing blank apparel can only use our designated fabrics.

Do you provide design services?

We do not create original designs — that is your vision, and you are the designer.
Think of us as your technical team working behind the scenes.

Is my design protected?

Yes, your design is fully protected and will never be copied unless you request it.
We take intellectual property very seriously, as trust is the foundation of our partnership.
You may also send us a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for us to sign.

What is blank apparel?

Blank apparel refers to pre-made garments (hoodies, T-shirts, pants, etc.) with no print, no branding, and no labels — completely blank.

You may choose suitable blank apparel from our product catalog and optionally add custom designs, labels, and more.
We can provide these services as well — simply fill out our inquiry form.

How long does production and shipping usually take?

Timelines may vary based on your region and order quantity.

Blank Apparel Customization:

  • Samples: 1–2 business days

  • Bulk production & delivery: 1–7 business days

Custom Production:

  • Samples: 1–4 business days

  • Bulk production & delivery: 7–15 business days
    (Delivery time depends on the logistics company you choose.)

Where are you located?

Our office and factory are both located in Shaxi, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.

Can we visit your factory?

Yes. After your production order is confirmed, you may schedule a factory visit.
Alternatively, we can arrange a video call to get to know each other and show you our products.

Do you provide tech pack templates?

Yes, we do.
